Method

  1. Step 1. Make sure the soaked sabudana pearls are soft and separate, not sticky.
  2. Step 2. Heat the ghee, splutter the cumin seeds and chilli, then add the diced potato and cook for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Add the sabudana and crushed peanuts and stir-fry gently over low heat for 6–8 minutes until the pearls turn translucent.
  4. Step 4. Finish with lemon juice and coriander and serve warm as a small meal.
