Micro-TESE

Microsurgical testicular sperm extraction using an operating microscope.

Micro-TESE allows the surgeon to select the tubules most likely to contain sperm, improving retrieval rates in non-obstructive azoospermia while removing less tissue. It requires specialist surgical and laboratory teams.
