The National Health Insurance Authority regulates health insurance schemes in Nigeria. Cover is expanding, but assisted reproduction is not usually part of standard benefit packages. Some employer or private HMO plans cover consultations and diagnostic tests rather than treatment. Always ask for the terms of your own plan in writing.
