Gestational carrier

Someone who carries a pregnancy for intended parents.

In gestational surrogacy, an embryo created with the intended parents' or donors' gametes is transferred to a gestational carrier. Laws and enforceability of agreements vary significantly by state, so specialized legal advice is essential.
