India ART regulation
An ART bank is an organisation registered under the ART (Regulation) Act, 2021 to collect, screen, store and supply gametes for use in assisted reproduction. Donor gametes used in Indian treatment are supplied through registered ART banks rather than arranged privately by a clinic.
