Method

  1. Step 1. Mash the cooked beans roughly with the lime juice, chopped onion and a little pepper and salt.
  2. Step 2. Warm the wraps briefly in a dry pan for about 30 seconds each side.
  3. Step 3. Spread the bean mash over each wrap and top with the avocado and diced tomato.
  4. Step 4. Fold in the sides, roll firmly and cut in half. Wrap in greaseproof paper or foil if taking it out.
