Method

  1. Step 1. Wash the outside of the bananas before peeling, and peel them.
  2. Step 2. Put the bananas, oats, groundnuts, milk and cinnamon into a blender.
  3. Step 3. Blend for 45–60 seconds until smooth, adding a little more milk if it is very thick.
  4. Step 4. Pour into two glasses and drink straight away, or chill and drink within 24 hours.
