Method

  1. Step 1. Put the eggs in a pan of cold water, bring to the boil and cook for 9–10 minutes so the yolk and white are firm right through. Cool under running water and peel.
  2. Step 2. Wash the tomato, cucumber and the outside of the avocado before cutting.
  3. Step 3. Slice the avocado and squeeze over the lime juice.
  4. Step 4. Pack the halved eggs, avocado, tomato and cucumber into a clean container, with the bread separately so it stays dry.
  5. Step 5. Season lightly just before eating.
