Method

  1. Step 1. Put the chicken, onion and pepper soup spice in a pot with the water and bring to the boil.
  2. Step 2. Simmer for 30–35 minutes until the chicken is completely cooked, with no pink meat and clear juices.
  3. Step 3. Add the carrot and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Stir in the washed greens and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Step 5. Season lightly and serve hot in bowls.
