Method

  1. Step 1. Rub the fish with the blended onion, pepper, a little salt and the oil.
  2. Step 2. Grill or bake for 20–25 minutes, turning once, until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily right to the bone.
  3. Step 3. Wash the salad vegetables well in clean water and slice.
  4. Step 4. Dress the salad with lime juice.
  5. Step 5. Serve the fish hot with the salad and, if you wish, boiled yam or brown rice.
