Method

  1. Step 1. Mash the peeled bananas well in a bowl.
  2. Step 2. Stir in the groundnut paste, oats, crushed groundnuts and cinnamon until the mixture holds together, adding a spoon of milk or water only if needed.
  3. Step 3. Roll into about 18 small bites with clean hands.
  4. Step 4. Chill for 30 minutes if you can, so they firm up.
  5. Step 5. Pack 2–3 bites per person into a clean container.
