Method

  1. Step 1. Stir the oats into the yoghurt in a bowl and leave covered in the fridge overnight, or for at least 2 hours.
  2. Step 2. Wash the fruit before peeling and cutting.
  3. Step 3. Layer the soaked oats with the mango and orange in two clean pots or jars.
  4. Step 4. Scatter the crushed groundnuts over and add honey only if you want it sweeter.
  5. Step 5. Keep chilled until you eat.
