Method

  1. Step 1. Check the yoghurt is pasteurised, in date and has been kept chilled, with a clear NAFDAC number on the pack.
  2. Step 2. Wash the outside of the pawpaw before cutting, then peel and cube it.
  3. Step 3. Spoon the yoghurt into bowls and top with the fruit.
  4. Step 4. Scatter over the groundnuts and add a squeeze of lime if you like.
  5. Step 5. Serve straight away, or keep chilled and eat within a few hours.
