Method

  1. Step 1. Drain the sardines and mash them in a bowl with a fork.
  2. Step 2. Stir in the washed chopped tomato, onion, pepper and lime juice.
  3. Step 3. Lay the washed lettuce and cucumber on two slices of bread.
  4. Step 4. Spread the sardine mixture over, close the sandwiches and cut in half.
  5. Step 5. Wrap and keep chilled until you eat.
