Method

  1. Step 1. Season the turkey lightly and boil in the water for 20 minutes until tender, keeping the stock.
  2. Step 2. Heat the oil and cook the onions for 5 minutes, then add the blended tomato and pepper.
  3. Step 3. Cook the base for 15 minutes, stirring, until reduced and no longer sharp.
  4. Step 4. Return the turkey with a little stock and simmer for 10 minutes until cooked right through with no pink meat.
  5. Step 5. Add the carrots and green beans for the last 5 minutes so they keep some bite.
