Method

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Step 2. Toss the sweet potato with 1 tbsp oil and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Add the broccoli and the salmon, brushed with the remaining oil.
  4. Step 4. Roast for a further 10–12 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily and reaches the USDA safe minimum internal temperature.
  5. Step 5. Serve with lemon wedges.
