Method
- Step 1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
- Step 2. Place the salmon fillets on a lined sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and season.
- Step 3. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily.
- Step 4. Meanwhile, boil the new potatoes for 15–18 minutes until tender.
- Step 5. Steam the broccoli and green beans for 4–5 minutes until just tender.
- Step 6. Squeeze lemon juice over the potatoes and vegetables.
- Step 7. Serve the salmon with the potatoes and greens while steaming hot (165°F).
