Method

  1. Step 1. Cook the brown rice according to the packet instructions.
  2. Step 2. Heat the oil in a wok over a high heat and stir-fry the beef for 3–4 minutes until steaming hot (165°F) with no pink meat remaining.
  3. Step 3. Add the garlic, ginger and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Add the spinach and scallion and cook until the spinach wilts.
  5. Step 5. Stir in the soy sauce.
  6. Step 6. Serve immediately over the rice while steaming hot (165°F).
