Method

  1. Step 1. Put the oats, walnuts, dates and cinnamon into a food processor.
  2. Step 2. Add the almond butter and pulse until the mixture starts to stick together.
  3. Step 3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to firm up.
  4. Step 4. Roll into 10 small balls using clean, dry hands.
  5. Step 5. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
