Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You can cancel your membership at any time from Manage Membership in your account. Choose "Cancel membership" and confirm — this stops your next renewal. If you'd rather we did it for you, contact us via our contact page.

Cancelling stops your next renewal, but you keep full access to your membership benefits — including the Hope Garden and Learning Centre — until the end of your current billing period. Your account will show the date your access ends.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until cancelled. You'll be charged using the payment method on file unless you cancel beforehand.

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 2002, a consumer may generally cancel an electronically concluded agreement for services without reason or penalty within seven days after the agreement was concluded, subject to the Act's exclusions. Antega will refund any payment due under that right within the period required by law. Separately, you may cancel renewal at any time from your account with no Antega cancellation fee. Nothing here limits rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2008.

If you cancel an annual fixed-term membership, we will handle the request in accordance with applicable South African consumer law, including any right to cancel on notice and any permitted reasonable cancellation charge. Any refund due will reflect the unused part of the membership after lawful deductions. This is separate from any applicable cooling-off right. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Seeds are earned through eligible Antega activities. They cannot be bought and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable terms. Cancelling your membership does not convert Seeds into cash, and we are unable to refund or reverse Seeds that have already been earned, spent or transferred.

Your Lifetime Seeds remain part of your account history for as long as your account is retained. Support Seeds are your usable balance for the active Fertility Support Period; Support Seed eligibility and participation in the Fertility Support Programme remain subject to our Fertility Support Programme Terms, including the requirement to hold a qualifying membership.
