Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy.

You can cancel your membership at any time from Manage Membership in your account. Choose "Cancel membership" and confirm — this stops your next renewal. If you'd rather we did it for you, contact us via our contact page.

Cancelling stops your next renewal, but you keep full access to your membership benefits — including the Hope Garden and Learning Centre — until the end of your current billing period. Your account will show the date your access ends.

Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) until cancelled. You'll be charged using the payment method on file unless you cancel beforehand.

Australia does not have a general cooling-off period for online subscriptions. Antega's policy is that you may cancel at any time from your account, with no cancellation fee: cancelling stops your next renewal and you keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for. Our membership also comes with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, including that services are provided with due care and skill.

If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund for a major failure.

If you cancel an annual membership because you no longer want it, it normally remains active until the end of the annual term already paid for and we do not provide a partial refund for unused months. This does not limit any non-excludable remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, including remedies where a service has a major failure. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Seeds are earned through eligible Antega activities. They cannot be bought and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable terms. Cancelling your membership does not convert Seeds into cash, and we are unable to refund or reverse Seeds that have already been earned, spent or transferred.

Your Lifetime Seeds remain part of your account history for as long as your account is retained. Support Seeds are your usable balance for the active Fertility Support Period; Support Seed eligibility and participation in the Fertility Support Programme remain subject to our Fertility Support Programme Terms, including the requirement to hold a qualifying membership.
