There is no dedicated national fertility treatment leave entitlement in Australia, but personal or carer's leave, annual leave, flexible work requests and, in some workplaces, enterprise agreement provisions can be used. Some employers now offer specific fertility leave. You are not obliged to disclose the reason beyond what your leave type requires.
