Method

  1. Step 1. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes until tender, then drain.
  2. Step 2. Steam the broccolini and beans for three to four minutes and toss with the garlic, lemon myrtle and half the oil.
  3. Step 3. Cook the barramundi in the remaining oil over medium-high heat for three to four minutes each side, until opaque and flaking easily.
  4. Step 4. Serve the fish with the potatoes and greens and lemon wedges alongside.
