Method

  1. Step 1. Boil the sweet potato for 15 minutes until tender, then mash.
  2. Step 2. Bake the fish, brushed with oil, at 200°C for 12–15 minutes until it flakes easily and is cooked right through.
  3. Step 3. Steam the beans for 5 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Serve the fish on the mash with the beans and a squeeze of lemon.
