Method

  1. Step 1. Toast the oats with the cinnamon in a dry frying pan over medium heat for two to three minutes, then cool.
  2. Step 2. Spoon the yoghurt into two bowls.
  3. Step 3. Top with berries, toasted oats, sunflower seeds and ground linseed.
  4. Step 4. Eat straight away while the oats are still crisp.
