Our recipes use a 15 ml tablespoon. The standard Australian tablespoon holds 20 ml, so use three level teaspoons where a tablespoon is listed.

Method

  1. Step 1. Whisk the chia seeds, milk and vanilla together and stand for five minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.
  2. Step 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight until set.
  3. Step 3. Warm half the berries in a small saucepan for three to four minutes to make a quick compote, then cool.
  4. Step 4. Layer the chia pudding with yoghurt, compote and the remaining thawed berries, and sweeten if you like.
