Method

  1. Step 1. Stir the ground lemon myrtle through the yoghurt and let it sit for a couple of minutes.
  2. Step 2. Toast the oats in a dry frying pan over medium heat for two to three minutes until fragrant, then cool slightly.
  3. Step 3. Wash fresh berries well, or thaw frozen berries in the fridge.
  4. Step 4. Spoon the yoghurt into bowls and top with berries, oats, pepitas and a little honey if using.
