Method

  1. Step 1. Cover the burghul with 120 ml of boiling water and stand for 15 minutes until softened, then fluff with a fork.
  2. Step 2. Wash and finely chop the parsley and mint.
  3. Step 3. Combine the burghul, lentils, herbs, tomato and spring onion.
  4. Step 4. Dress generously with lemon juice and olive oil and season with black pepper.
