Our recipes use a 15 ml tablespoon. The standard Australian tablespoon holds 20 ml, so use three level teaspoons where a tablespoon is listed.

Method

  1. Step 1. Blitz the macadamias and oats in a food processor until coarsely ground.
  2. Step 2. Add the dates, chia seeds and cocoa if using, and process until the mixture holds together.
  3. Step 3. Roll tablespoons of the mixture into balls and coat in coconut.
  4. Step 4. Chill for 30 minutes before eating.
