Method

  1. Step 1. Soften the onion, carrot and celery in the oil for ten minutes.
  2. Step 2. Add the tomatoes, stock and oregano and simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Add the zucchini, beans and pasta and cook for a further ten minutes until the pasta is tender.
  4. Step 4. Season with black pepper and serve.
