Method

  1. Step 1. Blitz the apricots, oats, coconut, seeds and cinnamon in a food processor.
  2. Step 2. Add the orange juice a tablespoon at a time until the mixture holds together.
  3. Step 3. Roll into small balls.
  4. Step 4. Chill for 30 minutes before eating.
