Method

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a 12-hole muffin tin.
  2. Step 2. Mix the flour, oats, sugar and cinnamon in one bowl and the eggs, milk, oil and grated apple in another.
  3. Step 3. Fold together lightly — do not overmix.
  4. Step 4. Bake for 20 to 22 minutes until risen and cooked through when tested with a skewer.
