Method

  1. Step 1. Brown the mince in the oil, breaking it up, until there is no pink meat.
  2. Step 2. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, zucchini and mushroom and cook for eight minutes.
  3. Step 3. Stir in the tomato paste and tomatoes and simmer gently for 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Cook the spaghetti and serve the sauce over the top, hot right through.
