Method

  1. Step 1. Cook the chicken in the oil over medium heat for six to seven minutes each side until the juices run clear.
  2. Step 2. Cool it quickly and refrigerate if you are not eating straight away.
  3. Step 3. Spread the bread with avocado and layer with washed salad and sliced chicken.
  4. Step 4. Wrap and keep chilled until lunchtime.
