Method

  1. Step 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with 100 ml of the milk.
  2. Step 2. Melt the spread, stir in the flour and whisk in the remaining milk until thickened, then add the parsley and peas.
  3. Step 3. Fold the raw fish through the sauce, spoon into a baking dish and top with mash and cheese.
  4. Step 4. Bake at 200°C (180°C fan) for 30 to 35 minutes until bubbling and steaming hot, with the fish opaque throughout.
