Our recipes use a 15 ml tablespoon. The standard Australian tablespoon holds 20 ml, so use three level teaspoons where a tablespoon is listed.

Method

  1. Step 1. Bake the salmon at 200°C (180°C fan) for 12 to 14 minutes until opaque and flaking easily.
  2. Step 2. Boil the peas for three minutes, then drain and cool.
  3. Step 3. Toss the rice with the peas, cucumber, spring onion, dill, lemon juice and oil.
  4. Step 4. Flake the hot salmon through and serve warm, or cool quickly and refrigerate for lunch tomorrow.
