Our recipes use a 15 ml tablespoon. The standard Australian tablespoon holds 20 ml, so use three level teaspoons where a tablespoon is listed.

Method

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan) and roast the sweet potato and onion with the oil and oregano for 20 minutes.
  2. Step 2. Add the broccoli and stir.
  3. Step 3. Lay the salmon and lemon slices on top and bake for a further 12 to 14 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Check the salmon is opaque, flakes easily and is steaming hot before serving.
