Method

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and spray a 12-hole muffin tin.
  2. Step 2. Whisk the eggs with the milk and black pepper.
  3. Step 3. Stir in the vegetables and cheese and divide between the holes.
  4. Step 4. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until risen, golden and completely set in the middle.
