Method

  1. Step 1. Soften the onion in the oil, then add the garlic, ginger and spices for a minute.
  2. Step 2. Add the lentils, tomatoes and 800 ml of water and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes until soft.
  3. Step 3. Stir the washed spinach through until wilted.
  4. Step 4. Serve with hot brown rice.
