Method

  1. Step 1. Stir the oats, milk, yoghurt, ground wattleseed and chia seeds together in a bowl or two jars.
  2. Step 2. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least four hours.
  3. Step 3. In the morning, loosen with a splash of extra milk if it is thicker than you like.
  4. Step 4. Top with sliced banana and chopped macadamias, and drizzle with honey or maple syrup if using.
