Many Canadian workplace plans cover fertility medications up to a lifetime maximum, and a growing number cover treatment cycles. Check the drug plan maximum, whether it is lifetime or annual, prior authorisation rules, and whether the plan covers surrogacy or donor-related costs. Ask your plan administrator in writing, and get pre-authorisation before starting.
