Method

  1. Step 1. Mix the chicken with the yogurt and half the spices and leave for 20 minutes in the fridge.
  2. Step 2. Cook the rice according to the package, about 25 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Melt the butter in a pan, add the remaining spices, then the chicken, and brown for 6 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Add the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C.
  5. Step 5. Stir in the cream, warm through and serve over the rice.
