Method

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 180°C and grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Step 2. Whisk the milk, eggs and maple syrup together.
  3. Step 3. Stir in the oats, baking powder and cinnamon, then fold through most of the berries.
  4. Step 4. Pour into the dish, scatter the remaining berries on top and bake for 32–35 minutes.
  5. Step 5. The centre should be set and firm to the touch, with no liquid egg mixture remaining.
