Method

  1. Step 1. Stir the oats, milk, yogurt and ground flaxseed together in a bowl or two jars.
  2. Step 2. Fold through the frozen blueberries — they thaw and colour the oats overnight.
  3. Step 3. Cover and refrigerate for at least six hours, or overnight.
  4. Step 4. Stir before eating and drizzle with maple syrup.
