Method

  1. Step 1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
  2. Step 2. Toss the squash and sprouts with the oil and roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Mix the maple syrup and mustard and brush over the chicken.
  4. Step 4. Add the chicken to the pan and roast for a further 25 minutes until cooked through to the safe internal temperature with no pink remaining.
