Method

  1. Step 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, then mash with the milk and butter.
  2. Step 2. Brown the beef with the onion until no pink remains, draining any excess fat.
  3. Step 3. Spread the beef in a baking dish, add the corn layers, then top with mash.
  4. Step 4. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes until bubbling and golden on top (74°C in the centre).
