Method

  1. Step 1. Brown the turkey in a large pot, breaking it up, until no pink remains.
  2. Step 2. Add the onions and chili powder and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Step 3. Add the tomatoes, beans and broth and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Step 4. Stir in the corn, heat through and check the chili is piping hot before serving.
