Male fertility
Antisperm antibodies are immune proteins that bind to sperm, making them clump together or move poorly. They are more common after vasectomy or its reversal, testicular injury, surgery or infection. Where they are significant, IVF with ICSI bypasses the problem, since a single sperm is injected directly into the egg.
