Method

  1. Step 1. Mix the sorghum meal into the cold water in a pot, whisking out any lumps.
  2. Step 2. Bring to the boil, stirring, then reduce the heat and cook gently for 15–20 minutes until thick and smooth.
  3. Step 3. Spoon into bowls and pour over the milk.
  4. Step 4. Wash the fruit well, then top the porridge with it and add a pinch of cinnamon.
