Method

  1. Step 1. Wash the tomatoes, pepper and parsley well under clean running water.
  2. Step 2. Tip the drained beans and sweetcorn into a large bowl.
  3. Step 3. Add the tomato, onion, green pepper and parsley.
  4. Step 4. Whisk the lemon juice, oil and black pepper together and pour over.
  5. Step 5. Toss well and chill for at least 20 minutes before serving.
